The invite is the form.
The host's invite already carries the visitor's name and number. The guest confirms with a one-time code, adds a company and a reason, and a photo. Nothing else to type.

- A photo is taken at registration or at the gate
Questions people ask about Visitor Management
Do I need a kiosk or tablet at the gate?
No. The guard uses a phone or tablet browser. Nothing to install, and no printer needed.
What if the guest has no smartphone?
The six-digit code works without one. The guard types it, or the host approves the walk-in.
How long are photos kept?
Photos are kept 180 days, then marked for deletion. The period is fixed for now, not set per site.
Can several gates and offices share one account?
Yes. Sites, gates and guards live under one account. Hosts see their own visitors; admins see all.
